When reserving with ParkCare it is important to know what all the terms and conditions are. Of importance is that ParkCare has an affiliation with Webshop Keurmerk. This means that all the general terms and conditions from Webshop Keurmerk are applied. For information on this then read on below.
What is and why Webshop Keurmerk?
Webshop Keurmerk is a trustmark that works by protecting and securing online purchases, such as booking a parking space with ParkCare. They originally started in the Netherlands but have now expanded to all over Europe. The company helps secure thousands of other businesses with their protection of consumers and guaranteed safety.
As online security and our customers interests is of great importance to ParkCare, we have partnered up with Webshop Keurmerk. This means that all regulations and rules set by the company are followed and met by ParkCare.
Other security measures:
To further protect and place emphasis on our customers online safety, ParkCare is a member of EMOTA. EMOTA (the European E-Commerce Association) dedicates itself to the protection of consumers interests. The association has over 150,000 companies as members, working towards keeping online purchasing safe and secure all over Europe. This also means that ParkCare complies with all of the rules and regulations set by EMOTA.
Cancelling a booking:
It is possible to cancel a parking reservation up to 24 hours before you are meant to use the parking lot. Cancelling can be done through your account or by contacting our customer service. A reservation number will be needed for this. Once you have cancelled your booking you will be sent an email to confirm this, just as is done when making a booking. If your parking cancellation has been correctly done, with a reservation number and before 24 hours of the parking time, then you will receive your money back. Please check our terms and conditions for full information on refunds and cancellation. Please also be aware that we have a 85% refund system, meaning that 15% of the money will be used to cover administrative costs.
