What is cancellation insurance?

When you book a parking space with ParkCare you will get the option to add cancellation insurance to your reservation. This means that you can change and cancel your booking with no additional charges and will get a full refund.

What if I need to cancel my booking less than 48 hours before I am meant to park?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your booking less than 48 hours before it begins, this is because the car park has reserved you a space. You can read more about this in our terms and conditions.

Is it necessary to get cancellation insurance?

No it is not necessary, however it is recommended. Especially for those that are not 100% on their flight details. This is because you can make changes to your booking without any charge, and you can cancel with a guaranteed full refund.
