If you would like to change your password, you can do so by logging in to your customer account . Then, on the left side, you will find “My Profile”. After clicking on this, you can change your password by entering your new password, twice.

If you need to make changes to your booking details, you can do so by logging into your customer account . Once logged in, click on “My Reservations”. Then, find the booking you need to make adjustments to and press “View Reservation”. You then need to click on the yellow “Options” button, where you can then press “Change Reservation”. There, you can change details such as your email address, phone number, or name.

How can I view my bookings and payments?

To see your active, past and cancelled bookings, please log in to your customer account . Then, go to “My Reservations”, where you will get a clear overview of all your reservations. If you wish to see payment details, then go to “View Reservation”. Under “Options” you will find “Download Payment Slip” where you will find all the information about your payment.
