How does Park and Ride parking work?

Park and Ride parking works by you driving to the provider, parking your car and taking your bags. You then board a free shuttle bus which will take you to your needed terminal.

How long is the journey on the bus?

This depends on the provider you are parking with, as each will be different distances from the airport. Most often, Park and Ride provides are located a few kilometres away from the airport, meaning it takes under ten minutes to get to the airport. You can find the exact time the shuttle journey takes on the page of the provider you have chosen.

If I am in a wheelchair can I still use Park and Ride?

Yes, if your wheelchair can be folded then you can use any of the shuttle bus services. The parking provider will help you with this on the day of parking.

Do I leave my keys with the parking provider?

This depends on which provider you are parking with, as some with ask you to leave your keys and others wont. If you choose to add additional services to your booking, like interior car cleaning, then it is most likely that you will have to leave your keys. You can find out whether you need to leave your keys on the parking provider page on our website, as we will indicate this for each car park.

Do I have to organise a shuttle for myself?

No, the parking provider will have shuttle buses running. Nothing has to be organised by yourself. You just have to board one and get off at your needed terminal. It is recommended to check the times of the buses before getting to the car park so that you can organise accordingly.
