I don’t think I will use this service again. We arrived and had to wait 40mins as the person on reception was driving others to the airport. This made us late for our flight and was stressful. The instructions of where we were to be picked up were also unclear. Perhaps adding some step by step photos with instructions attached to an email or text message on the morning of pick up would assist.

I was grateful to have found this place. I struggle with public transport and was not travelling at a time I where someone could drive me. Sadly The website doesn't have any Australian contact details, so I thought I got scammed. That was scary. No answer via phone or email. That needs to change! So customer service via website gets a frowny face. The older guy there when I arrived was welcoming and friendly though. I would only use them again after speaking with this guy that gave me the Sydney contact phone numbers so I can book through him direct. So face to face customer service got a big smiley face.
