How do I book online?

Booking a parking space online is easy and quick with ParkCare. All you must do is enter where you are flying from and the travel dates in our comparison tool. The comparison tool can be found on our homepage at the very top. Once you have done this you can then click on the 'search' button. This will take you to a page filled with all the available parking providers. Here you will find information on each car park and their prices. You can then compare between all your options until you find the best parking suited to all your personal needs and requirements. Once you have found the parking you would like to use you can book directly on our site, online. This is done by filling in all the needed information, picking a payment method and then securely paying. When the payment has successfully gone through and been received by us, you will get a booking confirmation via email.

What dates do I put in the comparison tool?

When wanting to compare parking providers you need to fill out all the needed information our comparison tool needs. This includes the dates that you wish to park. Meaning from the day of your flight till the day you return. Unless you are looking for park, sleep & fly options. Then you will need to factor in when you want to be at the hotel and return. It is important to have the best estimate of when you are going to arrive for all parking types, as this can change pricing. So try be as specific as you can with the times to get the most accurate price.

Can I make a booking without knowing my flight details?

Yes you can if you have a very strong idea of when you will be flying. This is because specific times and dates are needed to determine a price for the parking. This means that you will need to have a very good estimate of when you will need the parking. Once you have booked your flight you will need to send us your flight details so we can rely this onto the parking provider.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

Accepted Answer

You will be sent a booking confirmation once we have received your payment. This will be sent to your email that you filled in whilst making the booking. It can take up to 24 hours for the booking confirmation to come in after payment. If you can not find the confirmation email then please check your spam folder. If you still can not find a confirmation of your booking then contact us.

How do I see what parking spaces are available?

You can find all available parking spots for your airport by using our comparison tool. Which can be found at the top of our home-page. Simply put in your flight details and press 'search'. Then you will be taken to a page with all the available parking spaces during your travel dates.

When should I book airport parking?

Accepted Answer

To get the best price and the best provider for your needs, it is best to book in advance. This is because the day rate of parking is cheaper when you pre-book way before your flight. You will also be guaranteed to find an amazing parking space, rather than what is just available. We recommend that once you have booked flights to book airport parking. Around one, two or three weeks before your flight - is the best time to book parking.

Question 7

Can I arrive with a different car then said in my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes you can arrive with a different vehicle from the one indicated in the booking but you have to contact the parking provider at least one day before you are meant to park. This has to be stated directly to the provider as it is a last minute change. If you know that you wish to change vehicle for parking before your flight, like a few days before, then you can contact us and we will take care of the rest. How many cars can I park?

You can indicate the amount of cars you want to park when you make a booking. The specific amount of vehicles allowed will depend on the parking provider and the amount of spaces available. If you want to add another car to your booking then please get in contact with us a few days before you park/fly.

How long does it take to make a reservation?

Accepted Answer

ParkCare makes booking parking easy and quick. This is why it only takes a few minutes to make a reservation, normally around 2 minutes. Keeping it convenient for everyone.

Question 10

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can make changes to your booking 48 hours before the start time and date of your reservation. If you need to change details such as your license plate number or contact details, you can do this in your customer account. You can also change the start and end date of your booking, however, depending on the changes you make there may be a surcharge. If you are shortening your stay, the price will stay the same. If you are extending your booking, then a supplement fee will have to be paid. For changes within 48 hours of the booking, you have to contact the parking provider directly.

If you need to cancel your booking, then you will need to log into your ParkCare account. Once you are logged in, you can request to cancel your booking. If you are cancelling a reservation, then we recommend reading our terms and conditions, to understand the refund policy.

Question 11

Can I only make a booking online?

Accepted Answer

Yes, ParkCare only takes online reservations. Luckily it only takes a few quick minutes to book online. You can find more in-depth information on how to book by visiting our 'how it works' page.

Question 12

If I make changes to my booking will I be charged?

Accepted Answer

For cancelling a booking or minor changes their is no fee. However, if you change the date of your arrival/departure you will have to pay the new price. This is because a day has been added onto your booking meaning it has to be payed for. Similarly, if you change the time of your arrival you may be charged extra by the provider. However, that depends entirely on the parking provider.

Question 13

I did not receive confirmation of my booking. What should I do?

Our booking process works so that within 24 hours of making a booking you receive a confirmation email. If the 24 hours have passed and you still have not received this reservation confirmation then please check your spam folder. If it still cannot be found then please get in contact with our customer service team that can help you via email, phone or chat. You can also request a brand new email to be sent to you by logging in to your ParkCare account.
