Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Yes! You can make changes to your booking 48 hours before the start time and date of your reservation. If you need to change details such as your license plate number or contact details, you can do this in your <a href="">customer account</a>. You can also change the start and end date of your booking, however, depending on the changes you make there may be a surcharge. If you are shortening your stay, the price will stay the same. If you are extending your booking, then a supplement fee will have to be paid. For changes within 48 hours of the booking, you have to contact the parking provider directly.

If you need to cancel your booking, then you will need to log into your ParkCare account. Once you are logged in, you can request to cancel your booking. If you are cancelling a reservation, then we recommend reading our terms and conditions, to understand the refund policy.
