Our booking process works so that within 24 hours of making a booking you receive a confirmation email. If the 24 hours have passed and you still have not received this reservation confirmation then please check your spam folder. If it still cannot be found then please get in contact with our customer service team that can help you via email, phone or chat. You can also request a brand new email to be sent to you by logging in to your ParkCare account.
